We are experienced in advising and acting for lease extension valuations and collective enfranchisement.
Valuations
We are RICS Registered Valuers and can carry-out a range of Valuations to determine or confirm the value of a property.
Projects
We have the skill and experience to design and project manage various types of building works, from residential extensions or commercial office fit-outs to entire-building repairs and maintenance.
Party Wall
We can act as Party Wall Surveyors taking the role of Building Owner's Surveyor, Adjoining Owner's Surveyor or Agreed Surveyor.
Neighbourly Matters
We can advise and report on disputed boundaries and the need for access licences between neighbouring properties, and assist with negotiating or drafting these documents.
Dilapidations
We can advise on Landlords' and Tenants' responsibilities in accordance with their lease. We can assess documents, provide cost advice, negotiate with parties and agree dilapidations claims.
Architectural Services
We can produce plans, drawings and architectural details on computer based software. We also produce plans for Land Registry purposes and plans which can be attached to leases. We can make applications to the Local Authority for Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval.
Legal
We can provide Expert Witness Reports for Building Surveying matters and in respect of Valuations. We also can assist in the process of gaining or approving Licences to Alter in leasehold properties.
Health and Safety
We can undertake risk assessments, advise on Asbestos management duties, produce fire risk assessments and undertake the role of CDM Principal Designer.
Building Insurance
We can assist in all stages of insurance claims, produce Reinstatement Cost Assessments and help you make warranty claims.
