Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor - 2 Posts

Kingston Morehen have an exciting career opportunity for a talented and experienced surveyor to join our growing team. Applications are invited from Building Surveyors, General Practice Surveyors/Valuers, or those with skills across a broad range of work. A degree of flexibility is offered with regard to candidates' experience and working hours, and full or part time will be considered.

Person Criteria:

  • 5 years’ surveying experience
  • Degree qualified, or equivalent
  • Residential surveys and defect analysis
  • Building contract administration, from inception to completion
  • A track record of first-class communication and relationship-building skills in dealing with people at all levels
  • High quality and clear report writing ability
  • Take the lead in instructions from receipt of initial enquiry through to completion
  • Proven ability of efficient working-processes
  • Adaptability and flexibility to cater for the diverse client base and work types
  • Self-motivated
  • A team-player
  • Good IT skills
  • Methodical, organised and with good attention to detail
  • Developing and maintaining client and business relationships
  • Sympathetic to the Christian ethos of the firm
  • Professional, committed and work with honesty and integrity.
