As Building Surveyors, we have the skill and experience to design and project manage most type of building works from residential extensions, to commercial office fitouts to entire building repairs and maintenance. Our surveyors have experience in solving problematic building defects.

We regularly work with owners and managing agents to plan and manage the external and internal repair and maintenance of properties. Works can include single defect repairs to large scale building refurbishment and maintenance.

We have experience in all types of properties from the historic, requiring building conservation expertise, to more modern blocks where deleterious materials and problematic building methods have been used. We are typically involved with preparation of Planning Preventative Maintenance Plans (PPM) and the subsequent design, specification and implementation of the works.

Kingston Morehen’s Building Surveyors have particular experience in building maintenance and refurbishment in relation to blocks of flats. Specialist building legislation knowledge and experience is required to ensure successful implementation of works in order to comply with leasehold legislation and to ensure that any disruption to the occupants is kept to a minimum.
