Alan has worked in the property and construction industry since 1999 and became a Chartered Surveyor (MRCIS) in 2010. Alan is also a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Having worked in both the private and social housing sector previously, Alan started with Kingston Morehen in June 2021. His main duties include residential and commercial surveys, acting as Party Wall Surveyor, defect analysis and Contract Administration duties including preparation of specifications.
